Return and Refund Policy

At Gadget Galaxy, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a product, our return and refund policy is here to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a return window of 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • It must be in the original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and other items included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
  • Items without their original packaging or missing parts.
  • Gift cards and promotional items.
  • Products that are clearly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.

3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with further instructions.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

5. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, we offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your product. Please contact us at gaadgetgalaxy@gmail.com or +880 1304730132 to arrange an exchange.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at gaadgetgalaxy@gmail.com.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund. After this period, cancellations will not be allowed if the order has already been processed or shipped.
